You all have heard about the disadvantages of standing in sunlight,but it has its advantages and health benefits too.Nature has its own ways of treating and healing human body.new technologies made our life easier but they also have made us go far away from nature.People in rural areas have more stronger bones and are physically fit in their 60s as compare to people in urban areas,why?Because they take sunbathing,they take natural herbs and natural ways to treat their joints .In this article you'll learn about the benefits of taking sunlight.


Sunlight contains a high amount of vitamin D which is very important for the bones,and for those people who suffer from weakness of bones and joint pains.It strengthens your immune system.

The best time for sunbath is from( 8am to 10 am) and from (10 am 12 pm).after 12 pm sun emits ultra uv rays which are harmful for skin.


Mid day sunlight contains ultra uv rays  which are not good for skin and health.because at afternoon sun is at its peak.Everyday 10 to 20 minutes of sun bathing is enough for a day.
